ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Prices on my website are shown in $AUD. Payment is by direct deposit, or by credit card via the online shop. Payment must be made prior to shipping your purchase. if Paying by Direct Debit, details will be supplied via email once intent to purchase is confirmed. I aim to ship within 1-3 working days of receiving payment.
POST - NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL
I ship within Australia using Australia Post, starting from $15. This includes tracking. I request that you use a secure postal address for your parcel. Delivery times can vary depending on state and location (metro or country) but times usually fall in 1-3 business days for Express, and 3-5 days for standard post.
International post will be calculated upon request. I will quote for tracking and signature on delivery and estimated delivery time. The buyer is responsible for knowing their country's import restrictions and understand that I am NOT responsible for any customs fees, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases you might incur.
I cannot be held responsible for mail system loss or damage. In any case, I will do my best to help you find your package, but please realize that this is at no fault of mine.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
There are no refunds on purchases.
There are no refunds on sizing mistakes.
Please read the sizing guides carefully before making a purchase, and contact me with any queries you may have. If pieces are purchased the incorrect size, there will be additional costs to accommodate resizing and the customer is responsible for covering all postage costs.
Returns will not be offered for a change of mind. An exchange or gift voucher can be organised, to the request of the customer. If a piece must be exchanged, do not wear, but keep safe in the packaging it was presented and contact me ASAP. I will not accept pieces that have been warn and appear scratched or damaged.
Contact must be made within 14 days of purchase. If the piece is a gift, please let me know upon purchase and the required time will be extended upon discussion.
JEWELLERY CARE
The best way to care for all People of Victory pieces is to use a silver polishing cloth.
Remove rings, bangles etc when doing chores such as washing up and gardening. This will extend their life and polish.
DO NOT use silver dip, as this will remove the patina from many of my designs.
