SHIPPING

The shop is currently only set up to ship within Australia. I am working on having international orders avaible soon!

Everything is shipped Australia Post, with details as follows;

EXPRESS POST - $20 - This includes tracking and signature on delivery, with a 1-3 day delivery

Once posted, I cannot be held responsible for mail system loss or damage.
I also I cannot be held responsible for shipping to incorrect address, so please double check addresses in your checkout!

PROCESSING TIMES

All pieces listed in the online shop are available for immediate purchase. I aim to ship within 1-3 business days of order purchase. If for any reason it will take longer, I will be in touch to confirm a shipping date. Once your piece has been posted, you will be contacted with your tracking number.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

There will be no refunds offered. An exchange or gift voucher can be organised, to the request of the customer.

• Please be sure to read through the sizing guide in the FAQ. If you have any queries as to whether a bangle, cuff, chain bracelet or ring will fit, please contact me. If the wrong size is purchased, we can organise for the piece to be resized or a custom piece to be created in replacement.

• The cost of post of any pieces being returned must be covered by the customer

• Any pieces being returned for exchange must be unworn and in their original condition. I will not accept pieces that have been worn and appear scratched or damaged.

• You must contact within 14 days of purchase if you wish to organise an exchange.

• If the piece is being purchased for a gift, please contact me when making the purchase and the required time will be extended upon discussion.
